This is aptly reflected in our Induction programmes, Safety, Health and Hygiene Training and job-specific training sessions, held year round in our full-fledged training facility in Mumbai and on board our cruise ships.

Apart from conducting general training sessions, we also design and develop department-specific training courses for candidates wishing to join a cruise ship. These courses are designed specifically as per industry norms and training sessions are conducted on a simulated galley like atmosphere right on campus. Candidates are exposed to the shipboard galley operations complete with corporate menu cycles and actual ingredients which are used on board.
